All information on Baby Medical Questions and Answers is free. The answers to health questions are free.

It takes time and energy to maintain the site and to reply to the many medical questions I receive.

Sometimes, the information you receive will mean a visit to your own pediatrician isn't necessary.

Some of you have asked if you can give a donation to say thank you for the reassurance and peace of mind you receive.

I have set this page up so you can donate what you want if you
  • have been happy with the answer to your question
  • are grateful for other medical information for your infant or toddler
  • would just like to support this site

If you can't afford a donation, I am happy to continue providing information freely.

How much should I donate?

That is entirely up to you. A donation of $5 - $10 for a question would be very reasonable.

Remember that the information on this site is of a general nature and will not apply to every baby and every toddler. However, these are questions that parents ask me when they see me with their babies or toddlers and this is what I tell them. In those cases, I have had the chance to take a full medical history as well as examine the child. The information on this site is not a substitute for a full medical history and examination from your doctor.
